Calculator results, when available, are planning ranges based on selected options. Site conditions, approvals, engineering, materials and final scope may change the price. Only the agreed written proposal defines the work and price.

The animated deck is a conceptual illustration, not a construction drawing. Design inspiration images illustrate possible layouts and finishes. Completed client projects, when available, are presented separately in the Projects section.
